Monitoring - To comply with new customs regulations, carriers, including USPS and others, are now requiring six-digit Harmonized System (HS) codes on all international commercial shipments.
Effective September 1, 2025, shipments without these codes may be delayed or rejected by customs authorities.

Monitoring - CUPW-represented employees to vote on Canada Post’s final offers between July 21 and August 1. Canada Post will keep customers informed about the results of the vote and remains committed to delivering reliable service as the trusted delivery partner.
Effective Sunday, May 18, 2025, UPS will implement a Surge Fee for Air and Ground for UPS shipments as follows: UPS Standard® to Canada: $0.49 USD /pkg, All Other Services to Canada: $0.49 USD/per pound.
If a Canada Post labour disruption does occur, the UPS Service Guarantee will be suspended for all services in Canada, and Same Day On-Call Pickup service for UPS Standard® will be suspended. Same Day On-Call Pickup will be available for all other services as well as for next or future-day requests.
