Stamps.com Engineers have received confirmation from the 3rd party service and fixed the postage purchase issue thru USPS EPS and all systems are functioning normally. Thanks for your patience!

Investigating
Stamps.com Engineers have identified an issue that may temporarily affect some of our customers' ability to purchase postage via EPS. USPS EPS Web API is currently impacted and we are waiting on this 3rd party service to be restored before payment activity will return to normal.

This incident affected: Stamps.com Online (Printing Postage Using a Web Browser), Stamps.com Software (Printing Postage Using our Windows Application), and Stamps.com API (SWS/Web Services).
