Effective July 1, the European Union introduced a new €3 flat-rate customs duty per HS code for items valued under €150, in addition to import VAT. Learn more here.

GlobalPost: Due to new EU regulations, Germany is no longer accepting IOSS DDU shipments valued under €150, and France will only accept them through the end of July.
